Supacolor is a great option for custom transfers, they have very few limitations on what can be printed. Their unique process allows them to print millions of colors and gradients to reproduce any logo, no matter how complex. This is perfect for sports teams, school groups, clubs, and anything else you can think of! We thought of an awesome way to get multiple transfers with Supacolor, but still be able to personalize them further, by adding htv to the custom transfer! That way, you can personalize your garments, add a variety of textures, and cut your production time in half!

Here we used a tennis  Supacolor transfer with Siser Easyweed white.

Personalization

Need to make shirts for your team so you need multiple logos? That’s where Supacolor comes in, you can order 10+ transfers at a time. After pressing the Supacolor logo onto your garments, you can personalize it by adding your own numbers, names, etc. with htv.

In these pictures, we used a spartan  Supacolor transfer, with Siser Easyweed white.

In this design, Bridgemont High is done with  Siser Easyweed white and the seniors 2025 is Supacolor.

Different textures / finishes

If you love Supacolor, but want to add a different finish or texture to your design, htv can do that! Supacolor transfers are amazing, but don’t come in glossy, metallic, or dimensional finishes. If you add heat transfer vinyl to the equation, you can get the best of both worlds. By adding metal, glossy, or dimensional htv you achieve the look and feel that you are looking for!

In these two designs, we added Siser Brick to give a dimensional effect in the name and number!

Production Time

When you use Supacolor with htv your production time will be cut in half. You won’t have to inlay or layer htv, and screen printing won't allow you to combine htv with that process. This method is a time saver and perfect solution for personalizing bulk transfers. If you are looking to cut down your production time, use different finishes, and personalize multiple Supacolor transfers, adding htv is a great way to do so!

Pricing

Let's talk about cost for a project like this, and what you should be charging customers. For this example, we are going to use these two transfers:

For vinyl, we used Siser Easyweed White in these two examples. A 5 yard roll of 12" Siser Easyweed white goes a long way and costs only $33. This 5 yard roll we are using in our example will be enough to cover both projects and still have some vinyl leftover!

When ordering Supacolor transfers, there is a 10 transfer minimum. Here is the pricing of Supacolor wearable transfers:

Now let's add up our total costs for these two examples if we were making 20, 50, and 100 shirts. 

Your profits for the first shirt if you sold them all would be $242 (20), $632 (50), and $1,262 (100). Your profits for the second shirt if you sold them all would be $257.20 (20), $662 (50), and $1,322 (100).
