Maggi – “Maggitron Prime”
Maggi is the driving force behind the DecoVibe team. As the manager, she oversees the entire department, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Her leadership guarantees that every design meets the highest standards of quality. Maggi keeps the team motivated and on track, making sure every project shines. Her commitment to excellence is the foundation of everything DecoVibe creates.

Zach is the go-to expert in DecoVibe. As the team lead, he oversees the entire production process and team. He ensures that everything runs seamlessly. Zach spends much of his day running the DTF printer and troubleshooting any equipment issues that arise. His deep knowledge of the production process and equipment ensures that every custom transfer is printed to perfection. Zach’s expertise makes him the backbone of DecoVibe’s operations.

Michael – “Sorcerer of Supacolor”
Michael focuses on Supacolor, DecoPress, and DTF transfer orders. He meticulously handles art preparation, ensuring every design is production-ready. When it comes to bringing your ideas to life, Michael ensures that every transfer is flawlessly prepared to bring out the best in your apparel. His attention to detail ensures your transfers and patches exceed expectations.

Dawson is DecoVibe’s rhinestone master. Using HotFix Era software, he carefully arranges each rhinestone to create stunning, custom designs that are transformed into beautiful transfers. Whether it’s an intricate pattern or a bold design, Dawson’s expertise ensures every rhinestone creation sparkles with precision and artistry.
What Dawson Loves Most: “I truly enjoy seeing the final product come to life and being a part of the entire design process.”Chase – “Production Prodigy”
Chase brings precision and efficiency to every project he works on. He is responsible for the printing, cutting, and weeding of the Custom HTV transfers, as well as the production of patterned vinyl. Chase’s work ensures that every transfer and roll of patterned vinyl meets customer expectations.
