Christian – “Warehouse Executive”
Christian leads our Cincinnati warehouse team, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. He oversees workflow, troubleshoots any issues that arise, and jumps in to help wherever needed. Beyond Cincinnati, he also supports the Fargo crew, answering questions and assisting with new processes to keep everything on track. Christian plays a key role in implementing and refining workflows, helping with software challenges (hopefully none!), and even getting involved in sales when he has the time. His leadership and adaptability help ensure that every order is processed accurately and on time, keeping our customers happy.
What Christian Loves Most: “I love the culture! I love that we are all so unique and everyone brings their own style to the table and we encourage it! I love that every day is different! It is kind of refreshing!”

Beth – “Inventory & Queue Queen”
Beth is the driving force behind our inventory management and warehouse review queue operations in Cincinnati. She oversees stock levels, coordinates with vendors to maintain inventory and facilitate dropshipping, and ensures that incoming orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Whether she’s updating inventory systems or managing the order queue, Beth’s keen attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring every item is accounted for and every order is fulfilled with precision.

Amy – “Warehouse Extraordinaire”
Amy is a key part of the Cincinnati warehouse team. Her attention to detail and dedication to the job ensure that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Amy handles various aspects of the warehouse, from converting material to assisting with picking orders, unloading freight, and packaging and order prep. She’s always on top of things and ready to lend a hand wherever needed.

Shaun – “Order Ninja”
Shaun brings efficiency and precision to every order he handles. From picking items to breaking down orders, Shaun ensures that nothing gets missed during the fulfillment process. His keen eye for detail helps make sure that every order, large or small, is shipped without a hitch. Whether it’s a single item or a bulk order, Shaun makes sure everything is packed and sent out promptly.

What Shaun Loves Most: “I love the work environment and the overall vibe. The fact that Heat Transfer Warehouse is always giving back is something special. Plus, it's cool knowing we supply creative people with the necessities they need to create.”

Robert – “Logistics Master”
Robert is responsible for checking and overseeing orders, but he is versatile and this allows him to support in many other areas, including managing the order review queue and assisting with cleaning tasks.
What Robert Loves Most: “I love how the industry is always evolving, bringing new ideas that foster a creative community. I like that we offer equipment but also offer custom transfers and vinyl for people who are not interested in buying equipment like a DTF machine or White Toner just yet. There is something for everyone. We have events and charities that unite people from across all walks of life and we make a meaningful impact.”

Brianna – “Fulfillment Guru”
Brianna takes pride in preparing packages and converting materials for customers, ensuring each product is high-quality, accurately measured, and precise. She collaborates closely with Beth to manage inventory, making sure our shelves are well-stocked and materials are always ready for quick fulfillment.
