How it works:

  • After approval, production time is 1-2 business days before shipping.
Artwork guidelines:
  • Vector Artwork or High Resolution images only
  • No copyright material
  • Pattern will be set up as 11" width x 36" height dimensions (Will repeat 5 times if you ordered our 5 yard roll)
Custom Digital Patterns:
  • 80 microns thick
  • Cannot layer
  • .5-6" white on left and right side of material
  • Ships ground from Fargo only
  • No refunds

  • Peel warm Medium, even pressure
  • Cut your design right reading
  • Cotton, Polyester, Uncoated Nylon, 50/50 blends
  • Wash inside out. Tumble dry.

Additional Instructions

For Cotton, Polyester, 50/50 blends

Temp      Time

266° F : 5 seconds

302° F: 4 seconds

320° F: 3 seconds

For NYLON

Press at 302° F

Preheat garment for 5 seconds.

Press for 5 seconds then remove liner and cover transfer with a teflon sheet and press for another 10 seconds.

CUT SETTINGS

Cut Settings for Graphtec CE6000:

Settings can alter for each cutter and how dull or sharp the blade is. Test Cutting is Recommended.

1. Offset: 0

2. Speed: 25 cm/s

3. Acceleration: 4

4. Cut Force: 16

*HTW uses a 45 Degree Blade

1. Smooth Heat Transfer Material Setting
