Custom rhinestones is a great way to add bling to your garments! If you want your logo or design done fully in rhinestones, just send us your design and we will create for you! We use 3 different size rhinestones and so many colors to choose from. We take your artwork and mock it up in our rhinestone software which then is sent to our machines that places those stones onto a sticky mask. We make sure all stones are bright and faces the correct way which ensures that you have a stress free pressing time on your garments. We use glass rhinestones which makes your designs POP and sparkle.  Requesting a Quote In order to receive a quote, please use the Request a Quote button found in the description area of this page. We will need the following information to complete the quote: Contact information Image of artwork. Acceptable formats: JPG file, PDF file, Adobe Illustrator file, EPS file Color of preferred stones Dimensions of design in Width (w) and Height (h) 14x14 inch maximum Quantity of transfers 10 transfers minimum Custom Rhinestone Transfers are considered a custom ordered product, this makes it a non-returnable product. See Return Policy. Submitting a Custom Order (overview) Submit design details to us using the Request a Quote button Please include the artwork file, size, and color stones Each design will require a $10 set up fee, prior to receiving a quote Our artists create and send your proof to you within 1-2 business days Once you approve it, you will work with our artists to make any revisions and clarify quantity specifics. **Major adjustments may require a fee Once production is complete, your custom transfer order ships from Fargo, ND within 2-3 business days General Timelines Proof Turnaround Time: Custom rhinestone designs generally take 1-2 business days to create and prepare for proof. Production Time: Once your design is completed, you approve your proof, and we receive payment, your custom rhinestone transfers will be ready for production. Production time will take 1-3 business days. Upon completion, the order will be shipped. Customer will pick shipping when checking out.  Process: Submit Design HTW Creates Proof: 1-2 business days Revisions: 1 business day (optional) HTW production: 1-3 business days Ships from Fargo, ND Additional Information Minimum of 10 transfers per design 2 minor revisions = FREE (stone color, limited stone adjustments, etc) Any major revisions = extra cost (stone size, design size, etc) In cases where extra charges may apply (modifications/changes, multiple sizes / Designs, complicated designs) customers will be notified prior to being charged. No Nylon or Mesh! Wash inside-out with cold water. Do NOT use fabric softener. Additional Instructions Peel milky white backing off the mask before pressing on to garments!   Rhinestone Transfers work best on apparel made out of cotton/poly blends. They do work on most materials. If you use Rhinestone transfers on any stretchy material, be sure to test it first. Rhinestone Transfers DO NOT work on nylon fabrics or mesh.
