The 7038 Series is an intermediate-grade calendered vinyl laminate ideal for general-purpose use over calendered vinyl films. It delivers reliable UV, chemical, and abrasion protection, providing medium-term durability for indoor and outdoor applications. Its 3.0 mil thickness comes in clear gloss or matte finishes and can be installed via wet or cold application. Perfect for steel rule and flatbed cutting, this laminate ensures long-lasting performance with up to 5 years outdoor durability.

7028 Series – Premium Cast Conformable Laminate
The 7028 Series is a premium-grade cast vinyl laminate, designed for use over cast vinyl films. This laminate provides superior UV, chemical, and abrasion resistance, and is ideal for long-term durability in wrap and specialty applications. Its 2.0 mil (50 micron) thickness conforms to flat surfaces, curves, rivets, and corrugations, offering excellent performance for steel rule cutting, flatbed printing, and paired roll setups. Warranty coverage extends up to 7 years with Series 7128 print media.
