Supacolor Blocker is the perfect transfer for when you need to prevent dye migration! These transfers combine the versatility of transfer paper with the soft feel of screen print in one transfer. 

Blocker Transfer Details

  • 10 Transfer minimum
  • These transfers are designed to stop dye migration in polyester or sublimated fabrics
  • Not suitable for soft shell fabric, See Soft Shell Blocker
  • Tested to 80+ domestic wash cycles

Artwork Details

  • Vector file (.eps, ai, .pdf) OR raster file (.png, .psd, .tiff, .pdf)
  • Raster files are high resolution (300+ dpi)
  • File has NO background color (transparent background)
  • File is CMYK color format (not RGB)
  • Any details smaller than 1 point (0.35mm) will have a colored outline/backing (matching the intended garment color) added by production.
  • Design does NOT include drop shadows, glows, transparencies/fades
  • Copyright material is NOT permitted (without written documentation).

Any artwork that does not follow the guidelines above is subject to changes in appearance. If you are unsure whether your artwork is print-ready according to the guidelines, we recommend purchasing a proof for that design to ensure your transfers are printed accurately to your expectations. 

HTW is not responsible for any errors in the finished transfers if the customer’s submitted artwork does not meet the requirements above (unless a proof was purchased). 

SUPAGANG Information

  • Ganging options available in the following transfer sheet sizes:
    • 5.8" x 8.3" / 8.3" x 11.7" / 11.7" x 16.5"
  • All artwork must be pre-ganged and correctly sized prior to placing the order (ganged artwork must be 100% print ready)
  • Artwork will be sized to the max sheet size with proportional dimensions unless otherwise specified in the Printed Size in Inches textbox

Production Timeline

  • An artist will reach out via email 24-48 business hours after the order was placed.
  • Proofs (if purchased) must be approved by customer via email with a Heat Transfer Warehouse Artist.
  • Supacolor orders are a 24-48 business hours process time, 2-4 business days in production, and followed by Fedex 2-Day Air shipping.
  • Artwork issues can add extra time for processing

Additional Information

  • We do NOT recommend the Cricut Easy Press or any manual hand heat press as it is difficult to achieve and maintain the pressure needed for these transfers
  • Letting us know the color of your garment will ensure we produce this transfer perfect for your garment. Incorrect garment information can lead to issues with your final result

What are screen print transfers ?
Screen printed transfers are printed onto transfer paper, with the inks transferred onto the desired textile when hot. The application of the transfer is carried out with a heatpress which maintains the perfect temperature for the transfer.

How do you apply screen print transfers ?
You will want to follow the application instructions for the specific type of transfer you are using. You will also need a heat press.

What kind of artwork do you need for screen print transfers ?

What makes Supacolor unique?

Supacolor has very few limitations on what we can print. Our process allows us to print millions of colors and gradients to reproduce any logo, no matter how complex. Print fine text as small as 1 mm tall without requiring ugly traps or borders.

The minimum order quantity is 20 pieces per design. You cannot split the minimum between multiple designs or accommodate more than one design within a print area.

Supacolor is priced based on size, quantity, and transfer type. We only sell custom printed transfers with application instructions ready to be pressed. We do not sell transfers by the sheet or by the gang.

Is Supacolor Eco-Friendly?

Yes, Supacolor uses water-based inks and is produced without harsh or toxic chemicals. Our PET film that we print on is recyclable.

Does Supacolor print CMYK, RGB or PMS color match?

Supacolor’s default print process is CMYK. We run a six-color process that gives Supacolor transfers more range in the color spectrum. We have the ability to Pantone (PMS) color match. All you need to do is indicate the colors in your order.

Are the template sizes given the only sizes available?

Yes, you must pick from one of our templates. Your design can be any size up to 11.7” x 16.5”. Select the smallest size category that accommodates your design, then select the desired quantity to calculate your price within the table.
