Nylon HTV – Soft, Durable Heat Transfer Vinyl for Nylon Fabrics

A premium heat transfer vinyl engineered specifically for nylon and hydrophobic textiles. Featuring a special heat-sealing adhesive, this cast polyurethane film delivers a secure, long-lasting bond on materials that standard HTV struggles to adhere to.

Designed for decorators who need reliable performance on challenging fabrics, POLI-FLEX Nylon offers excellent cutting and weeding, thanks to its self-adhesive PET liner. The soft, elastic vinyl provides a comfortable, textile-like feel while maintaining high opacity and vibrant color after pressing.

This HTV is PVC-free, plasticizer-free, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certified, making it safe for a wide range of applications.
