WALAKut Puff Plus Heat Transfer Vinyl – Add Bold Dimension to Your Designs

WALAKut Puff Plus adds that dimension and 3D look you are desiring! WALAKut Puff Plus HTV expands under the heat press and turns your garments from a flat look to an extra pop dimensional look. It goes from 60 microns thick before applying with a heat press to 500 microns thick once pressed!

WALAKut Puff Plus brings your designs to life with its expansive 3D effect. It starts at 60 microns thick but grows to 500 microns after heat pressing. This thickening creates a bold, dimensional look that enhances the visual appeal of your apparel.

Durable and Flexible for Various Fabrics

This vinyl works well with cotton, polyester, and poly/cotton blends. However, it's not suitable for nylon or coated fabrics. Be sure to follow the application instructions for durable and lasting results.

  • Two presses- 1 press for 3 seconds, remove carrier, let cool down. Once cooled, press again for 8 seconds *Allow metallics to cool before repressing
  • Peel Hot
  • Firm, even pressure
  • Cut in reverse
  • Polyester, cotton, poly/cotton blends
  • Wait 24 hours before washing. Wash inside-out. Tumble dry low. No dry cleaning or bleach

 

Cut Settings

Blade: Relief angle 30-45°
Pressure: Low/Medium
Speed: ≈40 cm/s
Recommended to test cut before full production
